Essential Stretch Exercises
Calf Stretches
Ensure a firm grip on strap using both hands while actively pulling your foot towards your body.
Hamstrings & Back
Gently elevate your legs while exerting downward pressure on the straps. Maintain a straight neck, keep your shoulders resting on the mat, and hold this position.
Back & Shoulders
Grasp the end of the strap and comfortably position it behind your back, with your hands shoulder-width apart. Stand with your feet wide apart or keep your knees bent if it feels more comfortable. Gradually bend forward while raising your arms over your head.
Groin Stretch
Using both hands ensuring to maintain a with back and hips firmly planted on the floor. Gradually begin to apply tension and pull the strap towards you.
